Images displayed on this website are either used with permission, or are the property of BHTP, and the use of these images by you or anyone else authorized by you is strictly prohibited. 

You agree not to monitor, gather or copy any content on this website by using any type of robot, "bot", spider, crawler, spyware, engine, device, software, extraction tool, or any other automatic device, utility, or manual process of any kind. You also agree to not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark or other proprietary information. Notwithstanding the foregoing, BHTP grants the operators of public search engines permission to use spiders to reference or link to materials on the website for the sole purpose of creating publicly available searchable indices of the materials. BHTP reserves the right to revoke these exceptions either generally or in specific cases. You agree not to collect or harvest any personally identifiable information, including usernames, from the website, nor to use the communication systems provided by the website (e.g., comments, email) for any purpose. You agree not to solicit, for commercial purposes, any users of the website.


Limitation of Liability

BHTP will not be responsible for any damages or injuries that accompany or result from your use of its sites. By providing material on our website BHTP does not in any way promise that the materials will remain available to you or that you will qualify for the products we offer. BHTP is entitled to terminate all or part of any of its websites at any time, without notice to you.

Access to third-party websites is provided to you as a convenience, only. We do not endorse, control or approve the products, services or information offered to you on any third-party website. If you decide to access a linked third-party website, you do so solely at your own risk and you are therefore responsible for protecting yourself against viruses or other destructive elements that may occur or result from your use of any third-party website.

All information collected from users of our sites is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this agreement. 


Jurisdiction

Unless otherwise specified, the materials in our site are presented to provide information about BHTP, our insurance products and the insurance business. BHTP operates and controls its sites from the Company’s headquarters in Stevens Point, Wisconsin, in the United States of America, and Wisconsin law shall govern and control any action concerning the BHTP sites. We do not in any way imply that the materials on the sites or the products we discuss are available or for use outside the United States or in jurisdictions in which we are not licensed to do business, or that we are soliciting business in any such jurisdiction. By completing an on-line request for a rate quote, you are confirming that you are not a resident in any such jurisdiction. 


Miscellaneous

These Terms and Conditions of Website Use, and the agreement they create, shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without giving effect to Wisconsin’s conflict of laws principles. 

The failure of BHTP to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. 

If any provision of this agreement is unlawful, void or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. 
 
BHTP may modify these Terms and Conditions of Website Use, and the agreement they create, at any time, simply by updating this posting or the information on its website and without notice to you. 


Electronic Signature and Fulfillment

Applicant understands clicking the agreement box before checkout constitutes an electronic signature. The electronic signature documents the applicant's consent to all of the provided terms and conditions. Electronic signatures are legal and enforceable in the same fashion as a traditional signature. Applicant consents to issuance of their policy documents, and all other notices, electronically via email if an email address is provided. Applicant should be diligent in updating their provided email address if any changes occur. Applicant may withdraw their consent and request a paper copy of their policy documents via email at assist@bhtp.com or over the phone at 844-411-2487. In order to view documents that are provided electronically, applicant will need regular internet access via one of the browsers we support (see Supported Browsers section in Security). Applicant will also need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view documents in .pdf format.
